We are looking for an Administrative Co-ordinator to join our team for the delivery of the Stand by Me UK project, funded through the Google Impact Challenge on Safety. Based on the successful Stand by Me pilot, we will deliver our Bystander Intervention Training nationwide, empowering communities to tackle hate and hostility.
This is an exciting and important role. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of all the training across England, Scotland and Wales, including monitoring and evaluation.
Training workshops will take place throughout England, Scotland and Wales leading to:
– more community initiatives utilising bystander interventions across the UK
– a greater number of people intervening in hate incidents
– an increase in the number of people reporting hate incidents to the police and/or other agencies
