Here at Communities Inc, we have been working with Nottingham University Hospitals (NUH) Trust to support and empower their staff to mentor one another in order to strengthen inclusion in the workplace and embed professional development equity for BAME staff.
The RMFI Programme placed 30 individuals together into 15 pairs made up of junior staff (majority BAME) and senior staff (majority white) in order to address the issues raised within the RACE, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion agenda at NUH.
RMFI Programme in full swing. What a great session and great conversations. Thanks to everyone who attended today. @Communities_INC @TeamNUH pic.twitter.com/hcbTVYOgO9
